The Starliner is going to paint this week finally!
Now we are working on the fuel and cooling system for the motor, since we have moved the 5.4 Ford Gt motor from the back of the car (stock positioning in a Ford GT) to the front of the car we are trying to achieve the same cooling system. I think we will be more efficient because the radiator will be bigger than the stock radiator in the Ford GT, plus we will have more air to fin area and less travel, since the motor is in the back of the Ford GT and the radiator is in the front of the car, I think we loose irregular water pressure drops.
As for the fuel delivery we cant use the stock set up, as we planned to do, so we are using two after market fuel pumps a primary and a secondary. The primary is for when the car is at an idle and the secondary is to deliver more fuel when boost or throttle is added. We are basically trying not to change too much of Fords engineering on the fuel delivery, electronics, and cooling because of all of the time and testing they did on the this motor. BS
