Well here we are only two months away from unveiling our top secret project at the 2011 Sema show in Las Vegas! The guys have been putting in 12-15 hour days 7 days a week to get this thing ready. The car has been completely mocked up, the new floors are in, all new Magnaflow exhaust with cut outs has been installed, new custom dash has been built, new custom headers, the power plant is looking good, and all of the other hundreds of mods are complete as well! All we need now are wheels and brakes to set this beast on the ground and see how she stands, before we tear it down and get it to paint! A huge Thanks goes out to Magnaflow for putting all of their faith into our build, and will feature "The Real Thing" at their booth, and will do the unveiling on November 2nd. Want to also thank all of the sponsors that have jumped on board as well, Ridetech, Rushforth Wheels, Flaming river, Digital Guard Dog, Quickwire, and Optima Battery. We will keep you posted and let you know when its all painted and being put together………………..BS

Buzzin Around the Shop
What a nightmare it has been for the past few weeks in the office, one day a little bee was buzzing around the office and smack! Next thing you know… 2 more bees, smack, smack! Then all of a sudden there were bee's flying all over the place! They were coming from the lights, the vents in the bathroom, everywhere! It was insane, the guys kept making B jokes but then this just wasn't funny anymore, we needed to get this handled. So we called up Aaron Bee Removal and he guaranteed he would take all his little bee friends with him, and that's what he did. There was a huge 5 foot honeycomb just chillin in the wall! It's a good thing we got this taken care of, and now it's back to work!

DIALED IN
We are finally getting close to finishing up the Scarliner, we made quite a few changes, like adding the ABS braking, and installing the new Porsche GT3 ceramic rotors and calipers.
Plus every polished stainless steel radiator hose you see is being hand made right here at the shop, as well as all the polished aluminum clamps. After we fabricate a stainless hose and aluminum clamp, it then gets polished and then gets a high temp clear put on them so that when it comes to detailing the car, the customer wont have to spend countless hours poishing all of those parts.
One more thing about the 1960 Ford Starliner, AKA the Scarliner, the motor is an all aluminum double over head cam supercharged 5.4 Ford GT motor, not a regular cast iron super charged 5.4 crate motor!

There is quite a difference….For instance the GT motor has no oil pan it is a dry sump motor, the pulley’s on the GT are perfectly balanced for that motor to make it run smoother and quieter, the intake goes straight out of the back of the motor, these are just a few of the differences, but the big difference is the price!!
The 55 Bel Air with the LS7 Corvette motor is finished, YAY!!!

After countless hours of dialing that thing in, John finally got to drive it home, and says he loves it! I have to say I got the pleasure of doing all af the test driving on the car, so let me tell you, that thing is a frickin rocket ship!!!

I have to also say that I am very proud of my boys, Mitchell and Clark for putting in the time in on this one, I couldnt have done it without them, thanks guys!! And one more thanks to John and Tom for letting us be a huge part of this build!
Oh yeah, and Baby Steph for holdin’ it down in the front office.
